SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
ADVISOR RECEPTION – Your name prominently displayed in front of Indiana DECA’s Advisors during the Advisor Reception and State Conference Meeting on Sunday during the Indiana DECA state conference.
Benefits:
• Ability to reach over 60 DECA Advisors from around the state of Indiana
• Presentation of materials to these teachers
Cost -- $500
NAME BADGE/LANYARD – Your company name/logo will be displayed prominently on over 1,500 conference lanyards and name badges
Benefits:
• Reach over 1,500 students, advisors and chaperones with your company logo
• Continued exposure of your brand when delegates continue to wear their lanyard after the conference
Cost -- $1,000
STATE CONFERENCE T-SHIRT – Place your company or brand logo on over 1,500 t-shirts.
Benefits:
• Every student and advisor attending the conference will receive a t-shirt; over 1,500 total
• Shirts to be worn during the social functions Monday evening
• Continued exposure by delegates wearing their shirts to school and local school and community events
Cost -- $2,500
TITLE SPONSOR OF OPENING SESSION – Have your name mentioned and your logo displayed during the opening session on Sunday evening.
Benefits:
• Session reaches over 1,500 students, advisors and chaperones
• Opportunity to show/play company ads, you-tube videos, etc. during 15-20 minute time period prior to the start of the opening session and also at the conclusion of the opening session
• Name and logo displayed on screens during the opening session
• Opportunity to promote company social media sites to student, advisors and chaperones
• Booth space at the state conference
• Advertising e-blast to Indiana DECA advisors and members
• Article about company and contribution posted on Indiana DECA website
• Inclusion in bi-monthly State Officer Newsletter
• In program and all promotion, session will be referred as, “Company Name Opening Session”
Cost – $2,500
TITLE SPONSOR OF AWARDS SESSION – Select from the Monday night awards session for written projects or Tuesday’s award session for all series and team management events. Have your name mentioned and your logo prominently displayed during one of these sessions.
Benefits:
• Session reaches over 1,500 students, advisors and chaperones
• Opportunity to show/play company ads, you-tube videos, etc. during 15-20 minute time period prior to the start of the awards session and also at the conclusion of the awards session
• Name and logo displayed on screens during the awards session
• Opportunity to promote company social media sites to student, advisors and chaperones
• Booth space at the state conference
• Advertising e-blast to Indiana DECA advisors and members
• Article about company and contribution posted on Indiana DECA website
