Below is a tentative agenda for the 2019 Fall Leadership Conference. The conference will be held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Wednesday, November 6, from 8:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. You will see on the tentative schedule there will be a break for chapters to eat dinner and return for a Pacers Game that evening.
The registration fee is $47 per student/advisor/chaperone which includes a conference t-shirt and a ticket to the game. The registration deadline is Friday, October 4. The two conference registration forms are linked above. Both forms need to be completed and returned to Janice Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org. The first form is for the total number of registrations that are being submitted and paid for. Advisors can use a copy of this as their invoice for payment or if they need a different invoice for your treasurer, please email Mrs. Brown at email@example.com. The second form is a listing of the students/advisors/chaperones who will be attending the conference along with a t-shirt size for each. Please send registration checks to:
