Below is a tentative agenda for the 2018 Fall Leadership Conference. The conference will be held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Monday, October 29, from 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You will see on the tentative schedule there will be a break for chapters to eat dinner and return for a Pacers Game that evening.
The registration fee is $48 per student/advisor/chaperone which includes a conference t-shirt and a ticket to the game. The registration deadline is Friday, October 5. I have attached the two conference registration forms. Both forms need to be completed and returned to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. The one form (Pacers form) is for the total number of registrations that are being submitted and paid for. You can use a copy of this as your invoice for payment or if you need a different invoice for your treasurer, please let me know. The other form is a listing of the students/advisors/chaperones who will be attending the conference along with a t-shirt size for each. Please send registration checks to:
