Estella Neale is the 2026-2027 Indiana Collegiate DECA President. A freshman at Purdue University West Lafayette, she has been an active member of DECA throughout high school, recently serving as VP of Marketing for Indiana HS DECA.
In this role, Estella is responsible for outreach to many of the states up and coming chapters. While working with chapter founders and officer teams, she provides a direct line of communication for anything their chapter may need.
Outside of DECA, Estella plays competitive beach volleyball, is actively involved in her church, and enjoys playing pickleball with friends. She also loves singing, listening to country music, and going on late-night Sonic runs. At Westfield, Estella she was involved in several student organizations including Dance Marathon, CareLikeCate, and FFA. Estella is very passionate about marketing and is excited to apply her skills to create meaningful impact in the business world. She looks forward to connecting with DECA members across Indiana and making this year impactful and memorable.
