Prepare to become an emerging leader and entrepreneur with high school DECA
For over 80 years, Indiana DECA has welcomed high school students from across the Hoosier state to participate in local, state, and international programming. Choose from one of 60+ events to participate in, emerge as a leader or entrepreneur in one of our industry clusters.
Indiana DECA members must be currently or previously enrolled in a business or marketing education course. Indiana DECA chapters must be recognized by the Indiana Department of Education with business courses, preferably business and marketing.

Your Indiana High School DECA State Officer Team is ready to Go the Extra
Continuing our leadership journey with Indiana High School DECA is Team Eighty. Our state officers will work with individual chapters, advisors, and members to empower them to Go the Extra. Your state officer team will also work on behalf of Indiana high school students as the work to expand DECA membership, lead members to the coveted DECA glass, and ultimately help prepare Hoosier emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
Overseen by the Indiana DECA Board, Indiana High School DECA state officers have the opportunity to serve one-year terms where they will provide leadership and educational opportunities to the association's 4,500+ members. Become a part of DECA history as you begin your journey towards the coveted DECA glass. Join over 4,500 DECA members in the state of Indiana as you make strides through local, state, and international levels of competition. Each year, DECA Inc provides over 60 events to choose from in a variety of topic areas, industries, career clusters, and more.
Return victorious from the State Career Development Conference and you will have earned your spot to represent Indiana in the DECA International Career Development Conference, held each year in a major city across the United States.
