The Indiana DECA State Board is a diverse group of dedicated educators, business professionals, alumni, and community advocates united by one passion: supporting students. Serving as DECA’s guiding team, they work behind the scenes to help both high school and collegiate chapters grow, adapt, and stay rooted in what really matters: student success.
These board members tackle everything from planning long-term goals to shaping new opportunities for members. They build valuable partnerships, help design our events, and make sure every student has access to real-world experiences that build confidence and career readiness.
