Joining Collegiate DECA is just the first step to your membership experience. Each year, you can expect a menu of conference offerings sure to put your skills to the test. Whether its exploring careers and job opportunities in a new city through Engage, preparing for the competition year ahead with Indiana Collegiate DECA Fall Leadership Conference, or displaying your prowess against an international audience, you will experience it all during the membership year.

ENGAGE 2025
Challenge yourself to understand your unique skills and interests and empower yourself to stand out among the competition
Collegiate DECA’s ENGAGE Conference challenges over 250 Collegiate DECA members to understand their career interests, skills and experiences and empower them to stand out among the competition.
A full day of educational programs will focus on building your career and sharpening your leadership skills. Through keynote speakers, workshops and mini-sessions, topics may include: Building Your Personal Brand, Conflict Resolution Strategies, Organizational Culture + Effectiveness, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Emotional Intelligence in Leadership. During Friday’s Lunch and Learn, you’ll go through a guided training to learn what it takes to succeed in Collegiate DECA’s Competitive Events Program. Then on Saturday, you’ll be able to experience case study competition with a judge

IN COLLEGIATE FALL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Prepare to emerge victorious in Collegiate DECA competition and local chapter leadership
Join over 150 Indiana Collegiate DECA members as you prepare for the 2025-2026 competitive events year. During the inaugural Indiana Collegiate Fall Leadership Conference, members will have the opportunity to attend engaging keynote speaker sessions, learn more about the competitive events program, put their skill to the test through a mock case-study competition, and celebrate success with local chapters from across the state.
Included in your registration will include access to workshops, keynote speakers, the networking social, and chapter leadership development. At the end of the conference, members will have the skills necessary to Go the Extra Mile in competition, DECA leadership, and beyond.

IN COLLEGIATE STATE CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
Put your skills to the test against the best of Indiana Collegiate DECA's competitive events participants
Now is your chance to earn your spot to attend the Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference. Join over 200 Indiana and out-of-state students in the Hoosier state to compete in one of twenty-five competitive events. Over the course of the conference, you will hear from industry leaders during powerful sessions, compete against the best, elect your new state officer team, and find out who will take home a trophy and earn a spot to attend ICDC in Louisville, Kentucky.

Members do not have to compete to attend. We welcome all Indiana Collegiate DECA members to join us for the professional development series, election sessions, and networking and college / career fair. In addition, be a part of Indiana Collegiate DECA history and join us in welcoming this new charter to the Collegiate DECA family.

CDECA INTERNATIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
​Join over 1,500 Collegiate DECA members engaged in competitive events, professional development academies, networking and more.
The Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the pinnacle of the DECA year. More than 1,500 post-secondary students, educators, business professionals and alumni gather for several days of powerful learning, networking and competition.
Demonstrate your career knowledge and skills by participating in Collegiate DECA’s Competitive Events Program in hopes of being named an international champion. Engage with professionals through the Professional Development Series with presentations focused on Business Management and Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Accounting, Hospitality and Tourism, and Marketing and Communications. All conference participants must be DECA members in good standing and must be officially registered for the conference with DECA Inc.
