Hubert Dotsu is the 2026-2027 Indiana Collegiate DECA Vice President. He’s a sophomore at IU Indianapolis, and he has been participating in DECA since his senior year of high school.

In this role, Hubert is responsible for engaging the community through volunteer events with local organizations, as well as hosting prep sessions to ensure competitors in Indiana Collegiate DECA are prepared for their events.

Hubert's goal is to help build members up regardless of their starting point and foster a sense of community and belonging in the organization.

​

As he continues in this role, he hopes to help members have the full DECA experience while building them on their personal journey.
