In her role as State Vice President, Lana’s goal is to make sure that CDECA Hoosiers are ready to enter the workforce as talented and high-quality candidates.

 

Through her work with companies local to Indiana, she connects CDECA members with potential employers, hones their professional skills, and explore what careers and industries they fit into.
