The Indiana DECA High School Fall Leadership Conference is designed to prepare students for success both inside and outside the classroom by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to thrive academically and stand out in the college admissions process. Through hands-on workshops, keynote sessions, and interactive leadership activities, students will develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities that strengthen their academic foundation.

In addition to leadership and teamwork development, the conference provides valuable insight into building strong personal brands, networking effectively, and aligning extracurricular involvement with future academic and career goals. Students gain exposure to college-readiness strategies, including tips for crafting competitive applications, highlighting leadership experiences, and demonstrating well-rounded achievement.
