Bennet Ganshorn
Region 3 President
HIGH SCHOOL
Bennett Ganshorn is a senior at Homestead High School in Fort Wayne and serves as the Region 3 President for Indiana DECA Team 80. He is thrilled to be part of a team dedicated to helping students grow as leaders and professionals through DECA.
At school, Bennett is the student body president and leads the snow skiing club. He’s also an avid tennis and pickleball player, and when he’s not on the court, you can find him sailing or surfing on Lake Wawasee. A fan of 70s rock, Jimmy Buffett, and Peter Tosh, Bennett brings creativity and energy to every project he takes on.
His favorite animal—the mongoose—inspires him with its incredible teamwork, and he brings that same collaborative spirit to Indiana DECA. At home, he enjoys time with his three dogs: Bernie, Beasly, and Sevy. Bennett is passionate about pursuing a future in marketing and is excited to bring his unique perspective to DECA’s mission to #GoTheExtra.
