The inaugural Indiana Collegiate DECA Fall Leadership Conference (CFLC) is just around the corner, and your State Officer Team is counting down the days to welcome you to Indianapolis for an experience you won’t forget. We are excited to be hosting the event at MononWorks - Broad Ripple - an innovative and welcoming space housing numerous companies and spaces ripe for our time together.

This year’s CFLC is all about growth, whether that means building leadership skills, preparing for competition, exploring DECA beyond college, or discovering opportunities you never imagined. Get ready for a full day of networking, learning, and fun with members from across the state.

We’re thrilled to host CFLC in Broad Ripple, a vibrant northern suburb of Indianapolis known for its creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. From tech startups to thriving local businesses, Broad Ripple is a place where big ideas come to life. Just minutes from downtown Indy, it’s the perfect backdrop for a day focused on leadership, innovation, and community.

The day kicks off with nearly 200 members gathering for our opening session featuring your State Officers, business leaders, and special guests. This marks our very first time together as a statewide association, a milestone moment you won’t want to miss. From there, members will dive into five inspiring morning workshops where you’ll practice competitive events, explore leadership pathways, and even participate in a local volunteer opportunity.

Meanwhile, chapter officers will join a special development track designed to strengthen Indiana chapters. With guest speakers, leadership strategies, and practical resources, this session will equip officers to build strong, lasting cultures of excellence. We will also take the time to discuss chapter growth, our association’s role in chapter operations, and how you can build your chapter for long-term success.

After a mix-and-mingle and welcome session, workshops, and lunch, members will explore the innovative companies inside MononWorks through EDU Tours. Each business has its own unique story, and you’ll have the chance to learn directly from entrepreneurs who are shaping the future right here in Indiana. Many of these employers are looking to hire the next generation of students to help grow their brand and image, so make sure to keep a contact card handy and ready to go.

Throughout the day, you’ll connect with DECA members from across the state, sharpen your leadership skills, and experience firsthand what makes our association so powerful. We are excited to finally come together as an association, and we look forward to welcoming you to Indianapolis. Registration costs are $25.00. To learn more about this unique conference, you can visit indianadeca.org/cflc and check out the registration guide (Registration portal coming soon).
